Order Cancellation
Cancelling Unshipped Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us via contact@ttdeyecare.com and include your order number for the fastest resolution.
Cancelling Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped or is on its way, please contact us and refuse delivery of the parcel. We are unable to recall shipments in transit. Once the parcel begins to return, we will issue a refund after deducting shipping costs.
Please ensure that your address details are complete and accurate to avoid returns caused by incorrect information.
Return and Exchange Policy
Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in like-new condition with no visible wear or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or TtdEyeCare’s error.

If product damage occurs due to TtdEyeCare’s operations, such as transportation issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

If product issues are caused by the customer, such as incorrect address or dimensions, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be applied during the return or exchange process.
Damaged Items or Low Quality
If your product is defective or does not work properly, please contact contact@ttdeyecare.com and include a photograph showing the damaged area or defect. Optimal photos are taken on a flat surface with the tag and issue clearly visible.
We will send replacements once the situation is confirmed, and you do not need to return the defective items. This information helps us improve future orders and prevent errors.
Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Color or material changes due to sun exposure

Products exposed to water will not be eligible for return or exchange
Refund Policy
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

The product is completely non-functional.

The product is not received within 30 business days from the order date.

The product is damaged due to transportation or other unexpected circumstances.
Refunds will be issued to your account within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to TtdEyeCare’s product defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
